How to book rides to ALLEN

Set pickup and drop
Choose Home or School as pickup, and add your ALLEN centre under Academic Classes as the drop point.
Pick your slots
Pick 15-minute slots to match class start and end times. Leave the return blank for a one-way ride.
Choose car and plan
Choose a private or shared car, then your plan and the days your child has class.
Pay and start
Book before 4 PM and rides can start tomorrow. Check "Apply Promotion" on the payment screen for current offers.
Plans that fit the coaching year
No surge pricing, and drivers can't cancel a booked ride. Your price depends on your route, timing and plan, and you'll see it in the app before you pay.
Monthly
20 working days. Good for trying the ride to class for a month.
Quarterly
60 working days, with a bigger discount than the monthly plan.
Single ride
A one-off or trial ride, for example for a weekend test or an extra class.

How much does transport to ALLEN cost?
Pricing depends on your route, timing and plan, and longer plans get bigger discounts. There is no surge pricing. You can see your exact price in the app before you pay, and current offers appear under Apply Promotion on the payment screen.
Which students can ride?
MetroRide Kids serves riders aged 3 to 16, so ALLEN students up to 16 years old can ride.
Can I watch my child's ride?
Yes. You can watch the ride live on video in the app, follow the car on GPS, and you get an alert when your child boards and when they are dropped off.
What happens if a class is cancelled or on holidays?
Turn off the ride in the app by 12 PM the day before. The ride becomes a carry-forward credit within the same subscription. Only turn-offs made in the app count.
What time will the driver arrive?
Rides run in 15-minute pickup slots that you choose in the app. Have your child ready at the start of the slot: the driver can arrive any time within it and waits 3 minutes.
How soon can my child start riding?
Book before 4 PM and rides can start the next day. Bookings after 4 PM can start the day after tomorrow at the earliest.
