Do we have to give up our own buses?
No. In the Co-Managed model your school keeps ownership of its fleet, and MetroRide Kids manages the technology, routing, reporting and operations.
Will you replace our buses with smaller vehicles?
No. Full-size buses run all primary routes. Mini-buses, vans and cars are used only for backups, special needs, narrow interior lanes or low-volume routes.
What happens when a bus breaks down or a driver is absent?
MetroRide Kids keeps a citywide pool of backup vehicles and standby drivers and dispatches them immediately, so your school doesn’t need idle backup vehicles of its own.
Can parents watch the in-cabin video at any time?
No. Parents can view the live cabin video only while their own child is on board.
How is student attendance recorded?
AI attendance checks each student’s face and location at boarding and drop-off. Parents get a safe-arrival notification with photo and location proof, and the school gets a full attendance record.
