Turn off the ride in the app by 12 PM the day before. The ride becomes a carry-forward credit within the same subscription. Only turn-offs made in the app count.
A private car is dedicated to your child, and a parent or guardian may ride along. A shared car carries your child with up to three other children, and no adults ride along.
